Cordell is currently Creative Managing Partner at Bigdog Agency.
He’s an experienced Creative Director/Art Director who has lead integrated creative departments at agencies such as OgilvyOne, Tequila (TBWA group) and Saatchi & Saatchi.
For many years, this experience has included producing TV, press, posters, Direct Marketing and Digital creative work for clients such as American Express, IBM, BT, Royal Mail, BP, Prudential, The Army, The Carbon Trust, Aviva, Pret a Manger, Mazda, Rightmove and Barclays/Barclaycard.
He’s also won many awards as Creative Director/Art Director at Cannes, DMA (UK & US), Campaign, Brand Republic, Drum, Creative Circle and US Caples and has been a regular judge at most of these events.
On top of acting as Chairman of the Campaign Direct Awards in 2006, Cordell has featured in Campaign's Top 10 DM Creative Directors several times.
He is also a member of the DMA Awards Committee and Joint Chairman of the DMA's Graeme Robertson Trust (GRT) which aims to help youngsters get their first job in the Direct Marketing industry.
