Renault: A totally Unpatriotic Promo

Problem: 2014 wasn’t a good year for selling cars and above all it was a World Cup year. So how could we sell cars when everything Argentines wanted was to be in Brazil? Solution: In Renault we had a very simple idea that was also slightly mean. If you came to one of our dealerships to buy a Renault Clio while Argentina's National Team was playing, you would get an amazing discount. Yeah, that's right! While Argentina was playing. Results: During Agentina vs Iran, we sold 43 Renault Clios. Against Nigeria, we sold 67 cars. And while playing against Switzerland we sold 188. In total, 298 Renault Clios were sold while Argentina was playing. Amazing right?
