The problem, Cell C noticed that its users weren’t leaving voice message anymore. Instead they were just hanging up, resulting in a loss of revenue. The insight we uncovered was that a simple voice message can be powerful and intimate, depending on what’s being said and who’s saying it. Our solution was to showcase the impact a voice message can have on a person when you take the time to leave one. The results. Less people hung up, resulting in an increase in revenue for our client.
